In compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), the following information is provided to users of this website. This policy applies solely to data processing carried out through this website and not through other websites that may be accessed via links from this site, for which users are advised to refer to the respective privacy notices provided by those Data Controllers.

This website and any services offered through it are intended for users aged 18 and over. The Data Controller does not process personal data of individuals under 18 years of age. Should such data be unintentionally collected, the Data Controller will promptly delete all related personal data upon request.

Cookies: Please refer to our Cookie Policy for detailed information.

Data voluntarily provided by the user, including: general personal data (identification, personal, billing data, and similar), in rare cases, special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR), and in rare cases, criminal data (Article 10 GDPR).

Sources: navigation, other websites, cookies and similar technologies; the user; public sources. We may primarily process browsing data and cookies, as well as any personal data voluntarily provided by the user through forms or email communications, including general personal data and, in exceptional cases, special or criminal data, only to the extent necessary for processing specific requests and with the user’s prior consent.

Data may originate from automated sources, voluntary submissions, or public sources, including browsing information, cookies, other websites, and public databases (e.g. business registers, open sources).
3. Purpose of the Processing
The personal data of users of the website, as described above, will be processed in accordance with the methods and forms required by the GDPR, for the operation of the features of the website, particularly but not exclusively in relation to page navigation and data collection procedures, contact forms, registration processes, access to reserved areas, newsletter subscriptions, and similar activities.

Specifically, the data provided to the Data Controller will be processed for the following purposes:

General data provided during browsing will be processed for the sole purpose of monitoring and verifying access to the website. This includes technical cookies (session, functionality, or analytics cookies) that meet the requirements defined by the Italian Data Protection Authority. Analytics cookies are treated as technical cookies when created and used directly by the website. In compliance with legal requirements, these analytics cookies are anonymized (e.g., IP addresses), allowing for performance monitoring and service improvement. Refer to the Cookie Policy for more details.
4. Legal Basis of Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is the fulfillment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations related to the user’s request (e.g., information about the services provided by the Data Controller, quotations, etc.), and, when necessary, the user’s consent through explicit completion of data entry fields and ticking the relevant checkbox.

Filling in certain fields is required to fulfill the request and constitutes a pre-contractual or contractual obligation, depending on the context. Consent may later be requested for further processing. A specific privacy notice will be provided where required.

Processing is also based on legitimate interest, such as the right to information. See the next paragraph.
5. Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller
Processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, such as exercising rights in the context of the information society, performance of contractual services, and conducting direct marketing (within the limits and according to applicable laws).
6. Mandatory Nature of Data Provision
Provision of browsing data for the purposes mentioned above depends on the user’s privacy settings in their browser. In some cases, disabling these settings may affect website functionality. For certain features, browsing data and/or technical cookies are required for the website to operate correctly.

Providing personal data may also be necessary for the website's structure and procedures. Optional data collection will be preceded by a specific checkbox for approval. Providing any other data is optional depending on what the user chooses to share.

For example, providing an email address is required to respond to inquiries via the contact form, as are other mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. Without this information, the Data Controller cannot fulfill the user’s request.
