Salamella is an irresistible snack with a bold flavor, perfect for enhancing a quick and tasty bite. Made from a combination of raw horse and pork meats, salted and seasoned with a balanced blend of herbs and spices, it is minced and stuffed into a synthetic casing with a 25mm caliber.

Its characteristic shape consists of two sections tied together with string and a loop, with an overall length of about 90cm.

The aging process, which lasts at least 10 days, allows the salamella to develop its full and intense flavor. The casing is not edible. Ideal for serving with pickles or preserved vegetables, it is a practical and flavorful choice for any occasion.
