Greek-style rolls with horse bresaola

Ingredients


INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 160 g of horse bresaola
  • 200 g of feta
  • 30 g of cherry jam
  • Oregano to taste
  • A few chives
  • Arugula to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Procedimento


Greek-style rolls with horse bresaola are a quick and fresh dish to prepare.  

Perfect for a spring lunch, tasty, nutritious, and incredibly easy to make. You won’t need to turn on the stove, just be sure to have all the ingredients ready in advance.  

Arrange the slices of bresaola on a cutting board. Cut the feta into cubes, place it in a bowl, and season with olive oil, oregano, and finely chopped chives.  

Arrange everything on a serving platter, with the arugula placed on the side, drizzled with a little oil.  

Place a few cubes of feta inside each slice of bresaola. Add a teaspoon of cherry jam, roll them up, and tie with a piece of chive or secure with a sprig of oregano (if possible), then drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
