Procedimento
Lamb's lettuce is a very popular salad known for its small, crunchy leaves. It is eaten raw, making it a great accompaniment to fish, meat, and eggs, or as the main ingredient in a large salad. While it is harvested during the summer months, you can find it in supermarket shelves year-round.
Shell the walnuts and break the kernels into pieces. Wash and finely chop the chives, and add small cubes of primosale cheese.
In a separate bowl, prepare your washed salad and add the walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and julienne horse bresaola.
Add salt and olive oil, a splash of apple cider vinegar, or you can use a bit of lemon instead.
If desired, you can add pomegranate seeds.
