Equinetto is an artisanal specialty made from a combination of raw horse and pork meats, carefully selected to ensure quality and flavor. The meats are salted and seasoned with a balanced blend of herbs and spices, minced, and stuffed into a semi-natural casing with a diameter of about 4cm.
The product undergoes a minimum aging period of 15 days, which enhances its flavor and texture. The casing is not edible.
